INTERNSHIP PHASE 1 . SECOND WEEK REPORT

The second week of teaching practice helped me gain more confidence and control in classroom teaching.I used learner-centered methods such as group activities, role play, pair discussion, and audio-visual aids to make learning enjoyable and meaningful. Students participated actively and showed good improvement in their language skills. During this week, I focused more on classroom management, time management, and giving individual attention to slow learners. I conducted class tests and evaluated students’ notebooks to check their progress. I also participated in school duties such as morning assembly,discipline duty, and assisting teachers in co-curricular programmes.

 Ethirineram' Children's Day Celebration @ Jyothis Special School and Therapy Centre, Mavelikara - November 14, 2024 'Ethirineram', the Children's Day celebration of the Peet Memorial Training College National Service Scheme was held on 14th November 2024 at 10:00 am at Jyothis Special School and Therapy Centre, Puthiyakavu, Mavelikara. Rev. Vinod Eshow, the Manager of Jyothis Special School and Therapy Centre welcomed the NSS volunteers and other distinguished guests and introduced them to the institution. He also emphasised the importance of special care for disabled learners and how to care for disabled students in our society as a teacher.
